"Before dropping my car off for a routine oil change I called for more information. I was greeted by the kindest gentleman and he answered all of my questions politely and with correct information. I dropped my car off to be picked up the next day. They called to notify me on some things that needed attention but when I politely declined they were more than happy to only complete what I originally asked for and did not badger me for add ons. While picking up my car (the completed ahead of schedule) the gentleman behind the counter was very kind and answered questions I had about other services offered. Great prices, great faces, and my car is happy! Highly recommend! Will be back!"

"Went in for a oil change and was told by service guy at the time I would receive a tire rotation. He forgot to write it down on the service order for the mechanic to perform the work. I had too go back another day! Was told by same service guy we make mistakes!!! I have been getting oil changes for many years at various locations never ever had this happen! Maybe he makes mistakes not the we he talked about! If your time is valuable like mine, I suggest not letting him write up your order, he makes mistakes!!"
