"The drive belt on my husband’s car EXPLODED on the freeway, leaving us stranded at the Georgia welcome center. AAA was able to tow the car to CARma auto care, where the belt was quickly replaced in just a few hours. The owner even gave us a ride to the outlet mall so we could get some shopping done while we waited. Repair costs were fair and the service was prompt. We would gladly recommend CARma to our family and friends."

"I would never refer this company nor would i ever go back.. Keep any foreign car away from this place. My car has now been sitting for 7 months after all the money and time waisted. I had to purchase a new car on top of that. Stick with the dealership no matter the age of ur vehicle or how much they charge! And if u do get a second opinion and take a male!"

"I have had work done at this shop twice, I'm afraid I will not be going back. They seemed conscientious the first time I brought my truck in, although they replaced a part that did not fix the problem, but I took that as something that can happen when trying to determining what is causing the problem. It did increase the total cost of the repair, but I accepted that. This time it was a simple replacement of my front shock absorbers. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM but, I did not get a call from them until some time after 4 PM. This caused me some anxiety (I called twice during the day, to find out the status). I checked the cost of the shocks online ($70 for a pair), but they charged me $89 per shock, with a total cost of $369. This seemed excessive to me.....so, I will not be going back to them again."

"So ecstatic to have a new trusted car repair place after being new to the area and hesitant about where to get work done. I called Morah, the owner, yesterday after getting quoted extremely high at another place and finding CARma after doing some alternative research on where to go for my VW Jetta. She was beyond helpful and gave me honest insight on what to do. Pricing was cut in half from the other place! PLUS they fixed my car in one day! I love supporting women-owned businesses and I'm super thankful to have stumbled across a car repair shop that is women-owned. Being a young female who admittedly knows nothing about cars (I want to learn!), I feel safe in taking my car to CARma in a way that just wouldn't exist elsewhere.
