"Charlie is a lifesaver. I walked in without an appointment urgently needing a new coolant reservoir and he immediately pulled my car into the shop.
He was very helpful in explaining exactly what went wrong and what needed to be done. He even offered to replace a bulb that was out in my headlight, and a belt that was damaged.
