"I suggested my son take my Honda Element to this shop to replace the electric window motor because it was listed as a AAA certified shop and offered a 10% discount on labor. They presented a quote/work order but neither my son or the shop discussed AAA discount. I told my son to ask about it when it was time to pay and whoever was collecting the money said he would have had to say something prior to acknowledging the work order. Really??? That’s pretty cheap and shady! Do they do something different if there is a AAA discount involved? Not impressed. With that said, the issue is fixed and my son said they did it pretty quickly so in fairness this is a 3 star review! I won’t be using this shop again though! I like taking my business where they look out for the customer and try to help them save money any way possible."

"I brought both my vehicles in for possible repairs. Jim is one of the most knowledgeable and honest service repair manager's I have dealt with. After the inspection of both cars there were numerous problems, but rather than trying to sell me repairs, he explained that they would run more than the car might be worth in the long run. I wasn't charged for the work they did. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return there whenever I need service."

Jim has been incredibly helpful, and I trust him to tell me when work needs to be done and when it doesn't. My truck is also a bit unusual, and not the easiest to work on, so it's great to find a shop that will work on it at a competitive price. The work has always seemed to be done well and they've been awesome about turning it around quickly. All in all a great shop, I'm really glad I've found them."
