"The customer care side is very good. They will definitely take good care of you, but when it comes to service maintenance, they are absolutely horrible!! I have scheduled two appointments at 8am, one time for an oil change and another to get my muffler connected and both times took over five hours. I will personally NEVER recommend to get service maintenance done here. They are also very rude and untimely with phone calls."

"They will get you into a car but lie and won’t fix it. My car gave me trouble the first week they said my air mass flow sensor expired and they had to reprogram the car. They “fixed” it but the check engine light never went off. Eventually the transmission went out and I had it towed up there to be fixed. It was in my warranty but wasn’t fixing it I would call and either wouldn’t answer or would have to call me back. Never fixed the. At but called me for months for payments. Then when I finally looked up how much the car was worth omg ! Owed 12k on a car worth 2k. Go to jake Sweeney or something."
