What makes you nervous about going to an auto mechanic? Are they honest? I've been going to Boss since I purchased my car, two years now. Straightforward, honest, and nice people. "These guys are great! My car has been making weird noises for over a year. Several mechanics have looked at it and tried all kinds of things that didn't work. It was finally written off as my car having passed the 50,000 mile marker and was just supposed to be louder now. Took my car to Boss Automotive today for the first time for an oil change. I never told them this was an issue but with no extra charge, they checked all systems to make sure my car was safe to be driving. They came out and asked if my car makes a certain noise and explained what was happening and how unsafe it could be and how expensive the residual damage would be if I ignored it but never pressured me or used any sort of fear mongering to "get a sell". I decided to replace the part and sure enough driving home my car felt brand new and quiet. Made me want to take it out for a pleasure drive before returning home. They treated me like a human rather than a sale. This will be my new and only trusted car shop."
