We offer free shuttle service, and vehicle drop off any time with a cashier available 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m for pickup. All our work is guaranteed 2 years / 24,000 miles, with some jobs 3/36. We exist to take excellent care of our customers -- try us! Open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

"I am unclear as to the referral/rating procedure, as this was the very first time I've utilized 'Open Bay', but 'Jo', and the team at Bonita Valley Auto Care were top notch. These guys need to be a priority in referring new clients to. Customer care here far exceeded my highest expectations, and they charged a very reasonable rate, compared to what I would have payed at a dealership for my '05 BMW 5 Series. I cannot say enough about these guys. Jo, my service adviser took great care of me and my car, and was straight with me through the entire process, never thinking of trying to charge me services I wasn't interested in, targeting the problem directly.
Again, hats off to these great group of guys. If Open Bay knows what's good for them and desires to remain successful, it will use this facility as often as possible, knowing that its customers will be treated with the best service in San Diego. "
