"Customer service is great, they are always quick to set up appointments and they always call or text if another issue has been encountered with your vehicle. For most general maintenance on my 2013 Audi A4 they have gotten me my car back to me within the same day. Recently had to replace the turbo system so I had them do some upgrades. Did their stage 1 and stage 2 performance upgrades as well as upgrade to a bigger turbo. Most of the time spent was just waiting for parts and as soon as it was all there they had it done within 24 hrs. Their team is great and very informative. I’ve enjoyed doing business with them and my Audi is all the better because of their great work. If you own just about any German make car (Audi,BMW, Porsche) and others I would highly suggest getting in touch with the Black Canyon Performance Team for anything from maintenance to performance upgrades!"

"Occasionally a shop will illustrate their reputation when everything doesn’t go exactly right. I had a performance suspension, exhaust and brake replacement on a ‘01 BMW Z3. Very soon after taking delivery the rear suspension had an issue making the car in safe to drive and I live 100 miles from the shop. The owner personally picked up the car and trailered it back to the shop and resolved the issue completely. He then took an extra day to go through the whole job and ensure everything was perfect! I had asked if we could meet half way to pickup the car and he graciously agreed. I would offer a resounding recommendation for Black Canyon Performance despite the fact there was an issue with the original job…and that they insist on working on Audi, although that likely gives them a solid routine maintenance business😜"

"I own a 2002 Porsche 996 Turbo which unfortunately had a nuisance oil leak. I had originally believed it was the dreaded rear main seal which is upwards of multiple thousands of dollars to repair and more common than I would like to admit in these vehicles. The team at Black Canyon was so helpful and completed the diagnostics and found the real problem - an axel seal. I was relieved as this is a much simpler repair. My point here is trust. Given this, it would have been easy to make it the larger repair - which could in some cases be done by less scrupulous shops and would have been neatly concealed given the circumstances. I completely trust this team and would bring any high-end or for that matter, any vehicle to them for help and repairs when needed. Such a great experience. Thank you BCP! T"
