I usually went for my oil check and they have had great and quick service. I’ve recently started to have problems with my car and I called them to see if they could check. They told me to go in and see what was going on. And told me how to fix the problem They are honest. Best place for your car!! Will not regret! !"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I bought a groupon for a synthetic oil change and when I went to use they stated it would be 2x as much as the groupon I already paid for. The total amount would be more than down the street at full charge. I complained to the extreme price change and was told to leave. I walked out to my car and realized I left my sunglasses on the counter. I walked back in and they were gone. I asked for them and was told they never saw them. No one else was in the waiting room.They stole them or threw them away. Disgusting! I will do whatever I can to complain on all sites due to this! BTW Groupon refunded my money and stated they had received several complaints regarding this particular Xpress Lube."

"Hours say 8am- 6pm. Went at 5:00, the door was locked. An employee opened the door to tel me they were closed. said it was "because of daylight savings". Bad excuse that made zero sense, does that mean these lazy guys will open at 7am? While I walked away, the employee had the audacity to call out "you're welcome". Rude employees, can't keep to the schedule that they post, and slow service.
P.S. I had gone here before for an oil change, i was the only customer. They took 45 min to change my oil"
