Eric has also been joined by an incredibly talented German car specialist, Richard, who’s invested a fortune in all dealer-level diagnostic computers and electronics. In Chicago, our service writers, Robert and David, are truly loved by hundreds of neighbors and 20-year trusted customers and friends. There, they rely on Cesar for electrical, electronics and computer diagnostics, and Hector and Gabriel for solid mechanical and reliable suspensions, brake and exhaust, and driveability work. Oleg, who studied mechanical engineering and then worked at a Mercedes Benz dealership for 15 years, works hand in hand with Richard to give our city’s German car customers the level of service and expertise they love.
