"Bob Ruggerio has been working on our cars for five years. We started going there because he's close to my husband's work, but we've stayed because it just works. Efficient, honest, and timely."

"I moved my family to N.H. in 2014, being new to the area and 1st priority being literally across the Street from me I thought I would use them in time of need. Dont know how they treat people who spend alot getting cars fixed there, great im sure, but if you are struck on side of road or need the tow service they offer, i suggest you think twice cuz im sure your days already going bad enough. On my first occasion with this company someone parked their car inmy driveway blocking my vehicle in causing me to be late for work, mind you this is my property, I called them to tow the vehicle after walking house to house and no one claiming the vehicle. I was given a very hard time by them, they wanted proof that it was my property, they wanted me to call the police, on Top of all the running around i was told to do before they would charge me to have someone else's car towed out of my driveway, they were very rude on the telephone and getting info from them, Where i was new to the state, it was like pulling teeth and they acted like i was a big inconvenience....at 8 a.m. how busy were they to treat me this way and then hang up on me after telling he to call them back after i figured things out. My next and last run in with this company was my wife got Locked out of the car with our toddler so not wanting to go there but due to the convenience again of them being across the street she walked over and explained the situation and asked them if someone could help her out of the kindness of their hearts cuz they wouldn't accept AAA and she had no cash on her. They told her They were doing her a favor because she was across the street by charging her $45 to unlock the car door. Then when they found out she only had AAA and no money on her They said Sorry this is a business i don't know what to tell u, call AAA. We live across the street, you could literally throw a rock at the building, no one was getting away without paying them as soon as she could get into the car and go to a bank machine, what happened to help thy neighbor, mind u no one wanted anything free...especially a woman crying With an toddler who lives across the street....$45 too! Ha...ended up Calling AAA so they did me a big favor in the long run, AAA was so friendly and supportive and got my toddler and I the car open To get the keys to get in our home within 15 minutes. I will never use this company for a thing again i don't care how bad it is, i just thought id give business twice to a company who is my neighbor before someone else but they are extremely unfriendly, unsympathetic, and uninformative in time of need."
