"I received incredible above and beyond the call of duty care from the personnel, especially Steve and Bailey. My 2007 Dodge Caravan bit the dust. The rear axle had 3 large cracks. they didn't even charge me for an estimate, knowing it was gonzo.I was able to leave it there for a few days until it was towed to the junkyard. Then when I found a used Honda they did an incredibly detailed job of determining what might need fixing. I was shocked when they even took me into the bay and showed me each issue. Then they did a great job fixing the most urgent things. Throughout yhey were kind, compassionate, patient, and trustworthy."

"Problem started when my Jeep would not start while parked in local shopping center parking lot. A series of calls to AAA resulted in Jeep being carried to Auto Care Plus. This turned into a new starter, not bad for a 178K miles. Three days and a snow storm later I was back in my Jeep and everything was working well. The Auto Care team did a great job. "Aiden and Matt at the Wolfeboro location are my heroes. On my way to work at the hospital and about 3 minutes away I heard a small pop and my low tire pressure light came on. I made it to work. My day was fraught with things like this from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed- It was just that kind of day. I got off shift at the hospital about 30 minutes from their closing time. I headed over to their shop expecting "sorry, we can't help you" being that it was so close to closing time. But, they got my car on the lift right away only to find it was smoking and on fire. Little, did I know that pop I heard was the gasket on the oil filter failed and spewed oil everywhere. I had just had the oil changed at one of those other oil change shops and they had over filled the oil creating excess pressure. They put out the fire, cleaned up the mess, saved me from experiencing an engine fire, saved my car, got me home safely, warmed my heart, put a smile on my face. Oh, lest not forget made sure my tires were filled and good to go. The trust, the customer service, the absolute humanity means the world and has created a customer for life. I can't recommend them enough!!!!!"
