I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and was quickly informed of the results. The team went above and beyond when my car gave them some difficulties finding rotors that fit! They made sure my car was safe for me & my family at a very reasonable price."

"I've never had a better experience with an auto shop than the team at AutoCare plus in Hooksett. They're honest, explain everything they're doing, and have great customer service (offering rides or loaners, and getting things done in a timely manner, and everyone is polite and friendly). I've had tires changed with them, routine service, and some parts replacements and repairs, and they were terrific to work with every time, and will be the only place I take my Volvo as long as I'm in NH."

"I was traveling around New Hampshire in a rental car and one of my tires started losing air. The rental car company wanted me to take in the car to get the tire repaired on my own dime since I didn't purchase protection. I was planning on having a new tire put on the car, and ordered the tire over the phone to be ready when I arrived. When I got to Auto Care Plus, they took a look and decided it only needed to be plugged. They plugged it right up and I was out of there quick! This seems like a pretty honest mechanic. They had a tire sale in the bag and plugged it instead."

Let’s be blunt, car care is not my area of expertise & I often feel taken advantage of unless I’m with my husband or dad… but Auto Care Plus was extremely thorough, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done & done well. They send a complete diagnostic with pictures included *before* beginning any work. This was amazing because I could decide what was most necessary for my current budget. I appreciated having all the information & held complete trust in these guys to get my car back on the road. Tom is the store manager & who interacted with the most. He makes you feel like old friends walking thru the door. The type of guy you can hear smiling over the phone :) I will drive hours to Auto Care Plus in Hooksett - it’s worth it! They’re good. "Tried getting inspected from a different place a few days ago and they tried charging me 3 grand. Decided to try auto care plus in hooksett and they said my car was perfectly fine to pass inspection and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to pass. They were also super friendly. Will definitely be coming back. 5 stars from me"
