"It was very easy to schedule the service. Jay was in constant communication with me from the beginning. They took my car right away when I dropped it off at the scheduled time. During the service, Jay noticed that my brake pads were low. He took a video and sent it to me to show me while I was at my office. The car was ready at the time they said it would be. Jay responded immediately to any questions I had. Great service!!! I'll certainly be back. "

2011 Honda Odyssey
"Great service again. This is the second time we used Arlington Shell. Once for an alternator repair, and now for a drive belt tensioner. A screeching / squeaking noise was coming from the engine compartment of our 2011 Honda Odyssey. The noise is gone! And the Honda is running great. We highly recommend Arlington Shell. "

"Our 2011 Honda Odyssey started to experience random dashboard lights turning on and off. And then the ABS light, check engine light and others came on and stayed on. The car eventually died on the side of the road. We were able to jump it and get it to our home for it to only to be completely DOA the next day. We tried to jump the car, but it was not responding. We used the roadside assistance feature in the Openbay mobile app to have Honda towed to Arlington Shell. A flatbed tow truck showed up within 45 minutes. Jay and the team at Arlington Shell did a great job at diagnosing the problem. It was the alternator. It needed to be replaced. He sent us video of the repair as it was happening. He kept us informed on how the repair was progressing and when it was ready for pickup. He had the vehicle back to us in no time at all. Great service. I would highly recommend Arlington Shell. "

"We had a brake line burst - fluid was everywhere. Used Openbay to find a local shop. Submitted a service request and received several quotes to repair the brake line. "I used these guys March of last year (2018) for my inspection and they found a few issues with my car but then worked with me to find the most economic solutions to remedy my car problems without draining my bank account. In my past experience at other garages I have found that they just tried to get as much money from the customers as they possibly can. But the staff at the Shell station in Arlington does not do that at all. I am glad that I found them and I just made an appointment to bring my car in again for inspection 2019 and an oil change next week. The staff members also have very nice demeanors and do not make it a stressful situation at all for their customers."
