"The two female staff members at the front desk can do better with their attitudes towards customers. I am hard of hearing so I didn’t hear the lady call me when my car was ready. She wasn’t nice enough to get up and walk a few steps to come to me and tell me. The other female said in a belligerent tone, SHE CALLED YOU ABOUT 5 TIMES!!!"

"This auto repair shop is is terrible! Stay away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of! Took my 1999 Saturn in on a Wednesday because the check engine light was on. They called me and told me it would require two parts and two connectors to get the check engine light to go off. This would cost $702.00. Three days later they called and said the car was ready. I paid them drove 1 block and the light was back on. I returned the car to the repair shop and they indicated that I should drive the car for 2 or 3 days and the light would turn itself off. Drove the car from Saturday to Wednesday and returned it to the repair shop since it was suppose to be under a three year warranty. They. Had the car from Wednesday to Monday and no repair. (A week and a half) When I called to see why the car was not ready they told me that they had a lot of cars they did not have time to look at it. I called them and told them I would get the car today since they did not have time. I took the car to my retired mechanic to look at what they had done for $700.00 and discovered that I had been over charged for the labor by $200. The work they did should not have been that expensive. And the check engine light was still on.These people are money hungry and once they get your money they have no intention of honoring their warranty. Edit Since the above review the owner has gotten involved and has made every effort to resolve the problems discussed above! I appreciate the effort he has made and his honesty in solving the problems with the car. Although It has taken a while to determine the issue that caused the check engine light to come on, the owner has had me return the car as many times as necessary to resolve the problem. In my opinion, the owner really cares about his business and does what he can to resolve problems when made aware of the issue. I will use their services again!"
"Although the front desk typically seems to be understanding and patient and easily explains most of the issues, I have taken my vehicle here 3x to have my engine light fixed. It keeps saying cylinder 2 misfire. Every time I go, they keep my car for more than 5 hrs and reset the code. I explained to them my car already had a tune up and they charged me and replaced the same parts again. Then when that didn't work supposedly put seafoam on it, and repaired another part, but I honestly think they just reset the code. The engine light came right back on. Im tired of spending hundreds of dollars for this engine light and they can't tell me why the same code keeps coming on."
"Worst experience with this company! They don’t have great customer service, they kept my vehicle for a week and kept telling they have been to busy to get my car, I’d rather you tell me not to bring it then day by day I’m calling asking if my car is ready. Then they told me the problem they apparently fixed 2 years ago is the same occurring problem now?! So did you even fix it! And the front desk lady does her best to not allow you to speak with the head manager!! The new owner needs to consider getting more professional that know how to deal with customer, it’s a paid service! It’s really sad"
