All local warranties on everything we do is 2 year 24,000 miles unless stated on invoice other wise like Oil changes are performed every 3,000 miles or 3 months so a 2 year 24,000 is not applicable.

"Eric and his team at 5-star are the best! The only mechanic shop I TRUST and will ever go to! They're extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything Automotive related. I've been going there for years And they always went above amd beyond my expectations! 5 star will never recommend anything but high-quality Parts as it should be. I have never had any issues with this company and always blown away with they're quality of work and detail. With both diesel and gas vehicles. they are quick with installs and fixes. "I asked this company to check on a leak that was coming from my transmission. It looked like it was caused by the speedometer cable, so a replacement seemed necessary and it was a simple enough fix. I really just wanted them to take a look into it and stop the leak. I came back to find out that they had put a service package (transmission cleaning) onto my order and kept claiming that this was going to cover my needs (an extra $500). They did not fix what I asked them to. Instead the top mechanic (I think the owner) patronized me, and pretended that I had no idea what I was talking about. This company is clearly more interested in being conniving, finding ways to make people pay for things they did not ask for, and pretending to give the customer what they want. I do not understand how they consider themselves as a 5 star company when they literally did not solve anything for me in the end. I'd actually give them 0 stars at this point."
