Tried to schedule and charge $130 AC diagnostics which would have been fine if they would have provided some information regarding there services and possible remedies. Definitely not customer friendly and will take my business elsewhere like Colorado Air and Electrical who is just down the road and providing free diagnostics. I was told to maybe try your shop by a local mechanic who is very honest and doesn't perform auto HVAC. I am a intelligent consumer and completely understand and will gladly pay for expert diagnostics. However, I expect to be provided the details of the services that I will be paying for and also some information regarding possible outcomes. Not repair price commitments, but information. The lack of customer service etiquette at your shop is very apparent. I gladly paid for expert diagnostics just down the street from you at a very customer friendly, honest and informative shop."
