"I took my 1997 Expedition in for an alignment. When I returned to pick it up, they hadn’t done it. They said it needed new ball joints and control arms. Hmm... seemed like a scam to drum up more business. They gave me a reasonable quote for parts and labor. I chose to do the work myself and then returned for the alignment, which they did without hassle. My SUV now handles much, much better. They were not trying to scam me at the first visit, I really did need some work done. They had identified exactly what parts were worn and needed to be replaced."
