"On Tuesday I went in and purchased four tires for my husband’s car at a price of almost $800. When I drove out of their lot my ABS sensor was on. I immediately drove it back to them. The rude rude guy told me to drive it around and bring car back if light didn’t go out. So I bring the car back again and he tells me I need the sensor replaced at a price of another $120. So I reluctantly take the car back the next day and he told me it would take 10 minutes to install. After an hour it still wasn’t installed. I was talking on my phone to my sister and telling her it was taking longer than 10 minutes. The nosey guy, who must have been listening to my conversation, told me yes it’s going to take longer than 10 minutes and if I was in a hurry I could go some place else! I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place because he had my car still in the back. Another half hour passes and he tells me after the new sensor was installed that it didn’t resolve the problem. He suggested something else which I didn’t really understand. So I called a male friend of mine to get his opinion. Well the front desk guy must have still been listening to my phone conversation and kept harassing me about talking to “my guy” as he called him. I felt very scared of this man. He suggested I take it to the dealer, “ maybe it’s under warranty.” I think he was taking advantage of me because I’m a 63 year old female. He scared me so much I was shaking and in tears. He told me he was taking the new sensor off and I could just take my car elsewhere. I called my nephew to come because I was so scared of this man. We left and took the car to another business. I will never go to this place of business and I will never ever recommend it to anyone. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business."
