"Alex and his team were an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. For me and many car owners going to a auto shop is almost as bad as having to go to a dentist. I walked in and felt genuinely welcomed. I had some noise from my struts and they were able to replace it by the next day! I can’t express how appreciative I am with the expedient and awesome service I received here. Their techs were friendly and happy to walk me through exactly what was going on and a couple options to fix it from the cheapest possible way to replacing all parts needed. When I got a break down of the parts and labor I did some research on the parts they used and it was right in line with cost from factory. I will be entrusting all 3 of my vehicles with them till the end of time and if this helps anyone I would implore you to do the same."

My 2010 Mercedes Benz SLK350 was diagnosed needing new tires (rear tires, especially) with only 19000 miles which Alex could not reasonably provide. He directed me to Costco (as an authorized dealer with discount repairs) who was able to provide four new Michelins at an incredible price point and value. The B service was incredibly reasonable, efficient, and thorough. The shop itself is modern and spotless and the wait time was minimal. Need to kill time?
