"My husbands vehicle has gone here for the past year and a half. Get it. Year and a half. I would expect a mechanic to explain issues, instead, he beats around the bush, fixes things without asking and then charges for it and then advises he cannot tell someone what is wrong with their dead vehicle unless WE BRING HIM A BATTERY. what??????? YOU'RE A MECHANIC SHOP. Why in the world would we bring you a good battery to charge our vehicle? If we're there to find out WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT?!"
