"Took my car in for an alignment and got it back still not driving straight. I brought it back and they claim that the car is "in alignment" so to "experiment" they swapped my front tires. With the car pulling the other direction I was told I needed new tires. Now with my rotation off I have to repurchase the same tires that I've bought within the year, from Adirondack tire. Although it's not directly comparable, in the hospitality industry this would be made right and the guest refunded and no such action was taken to be the slightest sense of hospitable. I will be taking my car to a different mechanic, especially one that doesn't experiment with my car, and does quality work."
