"I had my brakes and rotors done at a very reasonable rate considering BMW dealerships charge insanely high labor costs. The owner was extremely friendly and the gentleman who serviced my car was very friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to update me while servicing my vehicle. I did ask questions on a few things and was never steered towards adding more work or services to my car. He then told me what to look out for and to call if any issues appear. As a woman, I have unfortunately experienced price gauging and unnecessary work needed on my car. I definitely appreciated the respect and courtesy by the mechanic and the owner! The waiting area was quiet, had a reclining couch, tv, and magazines. If you like dogs, Aria (lab) will steal your heart!!! If you don’t like dogs, don’t worry she stays caged but I asked to meet her. I can say that I am thoroughly impressed and glad I found them on Openbay."

"I have reached there before the appointment time but they told me that i have to wait 1 hr to take my car for wheel alignment. I have waited and they did the wheel alignment after almost 1.5 hour. He gave me the alignment results hard copy and he said everything is done. Before I was leaving, I have noticed that in the hard copy of alignment results, before and after results are almost same. Before alignment, only rear toe angles were showing as red and after alignment, also the same was showing as red. Then I asked him if it is in red then how can we say the alignment is proper. Then he told me that it is something need to be corrected and they couldn't correct the toe angle as the toe arm need to be replaced and it will cost another 90 USD per axle. If I didn't ask anything about the similarity of before and after results, i may have the assumption that everything is correct."

"Ira and his team installed an auto start in my son's car last year. Suddenly, in this cold weather, it stopped working. Most places would have said, "Too bad, buddy. Can't help." or overcharged for a repair. Action Auto took the vehicle in immediately, diagnosed the issue (a fuse) and made the repair. I was at least expecting to pay a service fee, but Ira didn't charge me anything. Most shops would have found a way to run up the bill, but clearly Action Auto Services is committed to integrity, which is in short supply these days. If you are looking for a shop that does great work and operates with honor and integrity, this is the place. Big thank you to Ira and his tech team:)!"
