He even came around the counter to shake my hand. I also liked that the technician who was servicing my car clearly took a careful look at all of the systems to accurately evaluate the highest maintenance needs of my vehicle, as well as the high quality of work that was performed on my vehicle. They actually took the time to explain everything to me and showed me pictures of what was wrong with my vehicle. I had some pretty extensive repairs needed on my vehicle and they helped me prioritize and price everything out fairly. "I’ve gone to Absolute a few times in the past, but now that I live in Fitchburg, I’m making it my go-to shop. They’re the highest rated shop in the area for good reason. They do almost everything, and even though they’re popular it’s never difficult to make an appointment. They’re fast, thorough, and perform quality work with quality parts. Beyond that, they’re honest, they don’t skimp or rush or beat around the bush, and they go the extra mile by performing courtesy inspections. Scott is a gifted customer service rep. He’s kind, talkative, knowledgeable, and on the ball. He communicates everything you need to know about your vehicle in a way that you can understand, and he never seems stressed or overwhelmed. So, I have to admit at this point I have no reason to go anywhere else."

"This was the first time we used this place and we were happy with the service. First off we had unexpected problems with our Jeep. I would not start so we had to have it towed. We tried several places including a dealership (which we don't usually use) and they all said there would be a wait time of service of at least 3-5 days before they could look at it). This place took us right away. They were recommended by a friend who trusted and used them for years. They diagnosed it the same day it was brought in and had it fixed the next morning (it was the starter). They actually took pictures of other things they found that needed work. My husband loved that they sent us pictures. We will absolutely use this place again! Scott was very friendly and the waiting area (although we didn't use it was clean and inviting)."
