"Overall a good experience. I had some extra work done with them and the prices seem to have been reasonable. The AC recharge which I did request was a bit pricey though at $110. The work that they suggested I do (change front brake pads and rotors as well as change transmission fluid) seems to have been priced more reasonably. $270 for front brakes and $75 to change the transmission fluid. Everything was done reasonably quick. Although they did almost forget to change my oil. They drove my car out said I was all set and when I asked about my oil the guy checked to see if it had been done, but it had not so they completed that pretty quickly for me."

"Not exactly impressed with my experience here. I went in for an inspection, which was completed in a timely manner. After the inspection, the mechanic tells me about some work that needs to be done on the car. Five minutes later, he tells me another thing needs to be done. Ten minutes later, and more work needs to be done. When I asked him if I could do it another day/elsewhere, he told me he wouldn’t let me drive off the lot and the work had to be done. When I told him I refused to pay for any other work to the car if he found anything else, he told me that “in life, sometimes we don’t want to pay for things, but we have to and that’s that.” He refused to give me any options or say in the matter, even when I told him no. After 2.5 hours, I leave with a bill close to $1000. I’m really not impressed with my experience and here I will most likely not be back. This felt like I was being extorted and held prisoner by my mechanic. This is not a good business practice. The only positive of the experience is that he broke it down by part so I knew exactly what I was paying for and he shaved some of the price off of the cost of labor to make the bill slightly smaller."
"I left with a good feeling about this shop - the owner was transparent and the prices were reasonable. It is a full service shop and you can get seemingly anything done here. There was a bit of up-sell, but not overly aggressive. Came in for an inspection sticker and left with new brakes all around including calipers an exhaust weld and an oil change. Only time will speak to the quality of the work done. I prefer a detailed, written estimate - if that were provided the experience would have been better. Update: After using this garage for two years I'm going to have to change my rating. The quality of work was consistently very poor. Almost always I'd have to go back once or twice until it was right. The full brake job I got failed completely after 9 months which they then charged another $700 to fix. Other work has just been shoddy. I had suspension replaced and it rattled...turns out they forgot to tighten the bolts. Just things like that over and over. They'll always find something wrong with your car. I wouldn't trust them with more than an oil change at this point."
"My Toyota Prius broke down on the highway, i called Abe's for some help and advice and i received excellent customer care and customer service. The mechanic who answered my call waited for me and my car to be dropped off at the garage by the towing truck despite it being after hours. My car was looked at and fixed within two days and i received constant communication throughout. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you so much for your help! I would definitely recommend this garage service to other people."
"Unfortunately, I didn't check previous reviews before I went to this place - but my experience is very similar to what other people have described in previous reviews (that I'm just reading now)... Extremely poor experience at this shop from start to finish. After a much longer wait than what I was told when I got there, I ended up leaving with a $1100 bill and feeling incredibly disrespected. I wasn't even told that I should be paying an inspection fee before they looked at my car - and after so much wait, when Naeem came to show me all the work that needed to be done (according to him), he surprisingly informed me that even if I don't do their suggested repairs with them, I would still have to pay $70 for inspection before getting my car back and leaving, even if they din't fix anything!?! That would have been ok if I was informed of such a thing and agreed to it before they looked at it, but that was not the case. This was a complete surprise! Feeling drained by all the interesting and manipulative long discourse, I ended up giving in and thought that I would rather pay a fee and fix my car than have to pay a fee anyway without even fixing it. After they explained all the great benefits of choosing their parts covered by an amazing guarantee and doing the work with them, I decided let's put some extra bucks into this and get out of there with my car fixed... When I decided to do that, one of the guys asked me my name and where I was originally from... when I genuinely answered, he proceeded by making very bizarre comments that felt very racist and really made me feel uncomfortable - Not to mention one of the men's very strange, aggressive and negative attitude while this was happening (his name was Brian according to him). Before they did the job on my car, they told me that parts guarantee would cover me between 18 months and 2 years if I chose theirs, while it would be 0 if I got the parts on my own or somewhere else (Parts looked much cheaper when I looked up prices online and compared them to their offer). I still went for their offer because the argument of 2 years guarantee felt important (but that's not even true - I just checked and other sources/shops also offer a guarantee). One of these guys started speaking some infinite nonsense when I told them that prices looked much cheaper online and he pretended to make a call to some other shop where he would get this part for less and have it guarantee- covered for a longer period (2 years according to him). This turned out to be complete BS - the parts didn't come from anywhere else. There was no call that was made. Everything came from their shop and it's probably not even good parts and work - based on all the shady behaviors... Only time will tell - I'll update this after I see how the car functions. The most incredible part is that when I paid the $1100 bill, I saw that the bill didn't state any parts guarantee whatsoever... Surprised, I asked about that - when I did, the guy whose name is Brian openly started sighing and acting as if I was annoying him while I was asking for something that he should have done in the first place, without me asking for it, since that was the agreement. He didn't even respond and kept sighing and acting annoyed - as if he was doing some kind of charity work he didn't want to be involved in. Such a joke! They ended up NOT delivering what was promised. They never included the 2 years guarantee - they ended up including 12 months after I painfully insisted... I would highly recommend staying away from these people. They will manipulate you with interesting discourses, almost force you to do so much work with them, lie to you, promise things they won't deliver, take your money and proceed by disrespecting you as if it was the most normal thing to do in the world. After I paid for this huge bill -they recommended to come back for other imaginary jobs/services my car needs according to them. Biggest joke on the planet. 0 professionalism - 0 honesty - 0 respect. Safe your energy, money and dignity and find other people to trust."
"I don’t know much about cars but this place seems to know what is going on. They showed me each part of my car to show me which things don’t look right. They had fast service and are open late. Very knowledgeable and great customer service."
