"They are very friendly and did an excellent job. I priced 4 shops, 2 on Openbay and 2 shops that I had used in the past, and Aaron's had the lowest price. I also went to their website and found out they had been in business for 35 years and the mechanics are ASE certified. I check with the Better Business Bureau and found they had 0 complaints and had an A+ rating. FYI, the BBB only shows records for the last 3 years. Aaron's also lower my bill by $20 due to the parts were cheaper than originally quoted. The only drawback was they take a little longer to do the work but then they also check other items on my car and did minor adjustment for free. I spoke to someone else in the waiting area and they said they do good work but said they are a little slow. The waiting room isn't as nice as a dealership's waiting room but you're paying for it."
