"Stay clear of this place, especially Women. The Manager, Vincent, is a real jerk. Took my car in for check engine light and they totally ripped me off. They took pictures while they were supposedly repairing my car, but it was not my car. Drove my car less than 5 miles after picking it up from again supposedly being repaired, and the check engine light came back on. I took it back and the manager refused to fix it or give me my money back. LADIES Beware!!!! Go somewhere else. This place deserves a zero rating."
"Thieves & crooks. Frank/Vincent/Manager (same person) is a very sneaky & unhonest business man. Be very aware consumers. Stay far away from this place. Took my car in for a diagnostic check & ended up having repair cost at over $3000.00 for a transmission failure. Ends up that the car only had minor issues that the facility couldn’t repair. The car was in there position for about a month with absolutely no corrections to the issues the car “Actually” had. In fact, it drove even worse and I found an oil puddle on top of the engine in plain site right after Frank made the repairs. Frank/Vince promised to fix the minor problems but never did. Once Frank/Vince got the profit that he needed from me he told me to take the car to a dealership to get the car repaired “the right way”. Any ASE certified technician can fix the issues the car had. Unfortunately, this place has no ASE technisions and is clearly being run by a very unethical businessman in Frank/Vincent. A simple solution would have been to have been honest upfront and tell me that he could not perform the simple mechanical issues the car was having. It is a greedy approach in which This particular shop made a profit and left me dry with a bill to pay that actually didn’t need to. Waiste of time & money. Lost my respect & will never come back. Truthfully, Concerned Customer"

"This place is terrible! (Traditional have to give a star but wouldn't give any if I could). You call them and make an appointment for a two hour procedure. Block out your work schedule for it and bring it in, and they tell you that it's actually going to take an entire day! An entire day?! To simply run a diagnostic test that I was told would only take two hours?! No need to make an appointment, as it won't be kept anyway. If you have an entire day (or two) to waste, go for it. But I would recommend just going to a mom and pop auto shop!"
"These guys are AMAZING! They recently had to move from their Western location which was close to my house. I had to have some work done on my car and they were extremely helpful in orchestrating a tow to get my care there, AND BACK!!! Vince and Jamie are very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly! These guys deserve your business! What a great addition to the city of Lawndale!"
