Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"So I went here after looking at all the Reviews with High Hopes. I was seriously let down. First of all Reuben the Desk Person / Shop Manager has no business parking your car. I have a 79 Camaro with a B&M shifter. Any car person should know these have a safety feature to keep you from accidentally putting it in reverse while driving. Reuben decided it was a Grand idea that when the car wouldn’t go into park that he would try and force it to. Again he works around cars daily. Should have know let alone I don’t maybe ask for help!?! So him trying to force the car into park strips out the shift knob and jacks up the lock mechanism in the shifter. When I stop him mid trying to force it again. I get in park for him. I then tell him Great now you broke this. He just looks at me and says oh sorry and continues about like nothing happened and basically could give zero cares he broke anything. Then after all this the mechanic finally gets my car in to make the repair. I try to ask him a question he pretty much barely acknowledged my presence and continues about. I understand your busy but when a customer asks you a question you take a moment and answer, not just walk off. So after all this I called on 15 different occasions asking to speak to the owner on several different days. I have Left several messages. Do you think the owner has ever called me back? No!! And it’s been almost 2 weeks!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"
"Made several calls throughout Fayetteville to get a limited slip differential installed on my BMW. A couple of shops said they only deal with factory parts even though the part I wanted to install is a direct fit that come with a warranty. I spoke to the owner and he went out of his way to do the research and took on the job. It’s been 5 months, and I’m super happy with the customer service as well as the install."

"I scheduled the appointment days in advanced with Reuben becaise I knew that I was going to have to wait for it rather then drop it off and come back later. Tried to pick a non- peak time that i though would be convienent for them (early Friday May 25th). When I arrived on time, they were not expecting me and seemed to have lost my information. So it ended up taking about an hour for them to even get my vehicle pulled in to start working on it. The main issue though was that I was lied to about the work that was done. Rheuben told me that "they didnt need to change the filter because it looked clean" but know that my truck doesnt have a replaceable tranny filter, it has a reusable screen that you are supposed clean, so I asked him if they cleaned it and he replied "yes". After paying the over priced bill (he forced me into paying for the cost of a flush even though it was just a drain and refill which he told me would be cheaper when I asked him about it over the phone before the appointment), I was in the parking lot about to leave when I thought of another question and instead of going back inside I just went over to ask the mechanic since Rheuben was with another customer anyway. From talking to the mechanic I found out that he didn't drop the pan or touch the filter screen at all... he only drained and refilled it. Plus he also asked me if Reuben told me about my engine oil being low!! Which he failed to do of course. After this I decided to go back inside to politely confront the situation and request a partial refund to make things right considering I paid for work that I did not receive (including the "Aamco multi-point inspection" which I found out was not done after talking with the mechanic as well). Rheuben immediately got very defensive and sort of nervous looking. After he contulinued to try and argue with me I decided to just say have a good day and walk out in order to avoid further conflict and stress. Over-all I am very displeased with my experience based on being lied to, overcharged, and the fact that my transmission did not get serviced properly. It of course sealed the deal when they refused to make things right with me when i gave them a chance to do so. The poor customer service by Rheuben at the end of my visit was what motivated me to get on and write this review."
"Wish I could give more stars! The most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have met. I wish more people were like them. I WILL BE GOING BACK! I went in for my 60k mile service (easily a $400 job). I received a call an hour later saying that they had checked the fluids before replacing them, and determined I didn't need them done because they were like new! (I had recently bought my car, so the dealership must have changed them) Aamco could have changed them and charged me a bunch of money and I would have had no idea and gone about my life. But they had the decency to call me and let me know that their services were not needed! That has literally never happened to me before."
