"Dropped my Durango off on Valentine’s Day and got a price of 2100.00 for a rebuilt transmission and a 2 week estimated time for return , 3 weeks later now it’s 4200.00, how. I have no idea, tomorrow will be 5 weeks, and my Durango is still sitting out front now with a flat tire, how he got the price to double and has no parts to explain why is out right Ridiculous, car rental fees are insane, the manager mike has never been in contact with me on what’s going on, I have to call and also show up to find anything out, will not take any vehicle nor recommend this place of service!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!"
"Do NOT trust this place!! My sister, Sarah dropped her suv off to get the transmission rebuilt with a quote of $2100 and 2 weeks. It took over 5 weeks and ended up costing $4200 with no justification on the price increase. When she couldn’t get answers from the employees she decided to stop by and see what was going on and found her suv outside with a flat tire, not even being worked on. After much hassle she went to pick up her vehicle and ended up having to and finally call the cops to get her suv back even though she paid them in full for the “work” that was supposedly done. Her suv now drives worse than it did when she brought it in. I will NEVER take any vehicle of mine here and strongly recommend you don’t either."
"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! Every nightmare you here about grease ball mechanics will come true. Here is a story about how they take advantage of woman who don't have knowledge of cars. My friend Sarah took in her 99 Durango with a bad tranny and they said 2.1k to fix that, with 1.6k down she trusted them. They said it will be done in 2 weeks. Then they said, after they took the 1.6K with no refund, that it would cost 4.2k! I googled how much a tranny job would cost and it says 2.5k to 3.5k, so how do they justify that 4.2k? She had to borrow the money for the 2.1k from her mom, and that was hard for her because she is a independent woman. Then She had the ask her boss for a pay advance for the 4.2K. Now she has to be in her boss' pocket. The two weeks became a month, and yesterday they finally said the tranny was done and to come pick it up, and they would not give her the SUV! She had to call the police. She asked me to help, so maybe this negative review will help her get her SUV back. Don't ever trust this place, you will be sorry if you do."
"Quoted us 450 bucks to replace an EGR valve! Funny follow up post from you! EGR valve replacement took 10 minutes, the part was 75 bucks. You guys tried to bamboozle me out 375 bucks. So you want to try "competing prices" just enjoy the ridiculous amount of money we gave you already. You can't save yourself from this one."
"BUYER BEWARE! Just go to the dealership. Aamco will end up costing more. Dealership quoted me 3600 for a totally rebuilt (essentially new) transmission. I paid Aamco 4k (and it took over 3 weeks) after being quoted $1899 and 1-2 weeks. I also asked for a maximum if ALL the hard parts had to be replaced and no one could tell me. I had to wait until my car was undriveable to know the possible maximum. At least the dealership has courtesy vehicles! Mike, the secretary is very persuasive and good at pretending to be on the customer's side. Do not be fooled! The truck still slips. Now it's an engine misfire and Mike wants another $800. After asking specifically what parts and services are needed, Gresham Ford quoted the exact same service at $491. Do the right thing and don't overpay by trying to avoid a dealership. It's a mistake I won't make again."
"I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. My son took his car to this location and it took 2 day to diagnose the issue and cost $125.00 for them to..."
