Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"So I didn't heed the reviews and it cost me $190.
I paid to have my vehicle towed to their lot to have the transmission diagnosed. They had my vehicle for three weeks with no update on the process. They finally contact me after I had called and left amessage and they say I have a fuel leak and they can't diagnose the transmission until the fix the fuel leak. I ask how much the fuel leak would be to fix, the young lady told me that their labor fee is $110 an hour. Again, it cost me $190 for tow service.
I DON'T recommendgetting your vehicle serviced here. If I could put more emphasis on DON'T, I would."

"Went there for diagnostic check to find out with my chevy impala was having grinding noise coming from front driver side dropped it off they had it for a hour and called and said I needed a transmission i didn't believe them so I did some research and it was a simple abs harness wire that was a $40 part replace the part and car was like new AGAIN. Would not recommend these people to any one they try to screw people over by selling things that are not needed straight backyard mechanics"

"This has to be the worst service i have ever got...beware..beware..beware. do not use them....very unhappy customer. Spent $1800 for a rebuild that didn't last very long at all about 7 months and i dont drive my truck very much at all so i didn't put very many miles on it and i got to take some where and have it fix again...its slipping (bad) they told me during the rebuid that my rear main seal was leaking and ask if i wanted it fix while they were there anyways but wanted to charge over another 200 and a called a couple of other transmission shops and they said they would just charge for the part and replace it labor free because they would just be right there at it anyways. DO NOT USE THEM. BEWARE"
