Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"I have had work done in the past and was happy. The old front desk manager Bill was great and keep me informed all the way. I hate to say this but I took my truck to the shop with a starting issue, there is now a new front manager who is absolutely rude and lacks the knowledge to be working in a shop. I was told I had to replace the Battery and alternator. I had agreed to the work over the phone and spent $1500. After driving the truck for a couple days the problem was back same problem not resolved. I took the truck back to the shop thinking I would be taken care of and instead the new front manager said now I needed a starter. I would have been more than happy to do it during the original work but I was never told about the starter during my first visit. The owner ended up taking care of the starter at no extra charge. Although I did not give a 5 star review. Bill is now back in the shop and I believe Bill has 5 star knowledge, and customer service."

"This has to be the absolute WORST repair shop on the planet. To begin with, customer service and customer satisfaction are two phrases that are not in their vocabulary. Not only did they not fix the problem with the transmission, but the man at the front desk, very rudely I might add, acted as if he was doing me a favor by giving my car back in worse condition than it arrived. In fact, he actually said the words, "I'm doing you a favor!" I'm going to return that favor by letting everyone know that if you take your car there, you will be disappointed, angry and without a running vehicle. You will most like not see your car for months and when you do, I guarantee you will be beyond angry. If I told you the entire saga, you probably wouldn't even believe it, it was that outrageous. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving to a reputable repair shop!"
"We found ourselves stuck on 405 with an inoperable clutch last Friday. I called right away and talked to Chandra. Chandra and Bill agreed to look at the truck as soon as we could tow it there. We got stuck waiting for the tow company our roadside assistance contracted until we called the tow company Chandra recommended to us. When we got to the shop just before closing time, Bill put it right up on the rack and diagnosed it right away (broken slave cylinder). We got a price quote that was very competitive and they stuck by it. After having our clutch and slave cylinder replaced last March by an incompetent shop, I was extremely pleased to come across such reliable and helpful people. We decided to continue with our weekend trip plans and put our trust in their team. Bill stayed in touch over the weekend and our truck was ready to go when we got back in town. AND IT RUNS BETTER THAN BEFORE! I cannot even begin to thank them enough for being so kind and professional and restoring my faith in people. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would!"
