Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"Found them to be very courteous and professional and helpful the work was done quickly I had my car within 2 days days, they were very accommodating in making arrangements so that I could make payments rather than paid all at once, found the price to be somewhat reasonable as I chose to have a warranty along with it. Should the need arise I will definitely use them again."
"The job was completed in a timely manner and Bob "appears" to be a nice guy that has your best interest, but like most mechanic shops there always seems to be a catch rather that just being completely transparent upfront especially when it comes to crucial aspects of the job being done so I can make my decision accordingly. The job costed me $856 yet Bob omitted information like not letting me know without finding the root cause of the issue he would "not" be able to give me a warranty. Bob only conveyed this crucial piece of information after completing the job. If this information was conveyed beforehand I more than likely would have taken my car elsewhere where I would be given more assurance. When Bob called me to convey the issue and to get permission to work on my vehicle, he mentioned several times throughout the call that the cause isn't determined and he even asked what happened at the time of the break down........no where during that call did Bob bother to mention that he can fix the issue, BUT if root cause isn't determined he would not be able to give me warranty. That is wrong Bob and you're not that much different from the other dishonest mechanic shops out there. This was very upsetting and also my first and last time at this shop."

"I have to admit their good rating has fooled me. Today I was there to have my tire studs exchanged, and after I have agreed to pay $125.00 for their job, their semiretired manager "Bob" calls me and tells me my lower ballpoint fell magically off by itself, and I will have to pay him for the new part plus labor extra. After I disagreed and told him I saw his mechanic taking it off, he admitted he lied to me and explained he did it because he feels himself often cheated by his customers. This is highly inappropriate and unacceptable. . No wonder, his business cards only show his first name, a good indication he is up to no good.. Mr. Lee, I am glad you have been made aware of the situation, please know, the only reason the ball point was changed at no additional cost was because I gad the pictures to make my case, and Bob still tried to charge me and told me it fell off by itself. There is just simply no excuse for this behavior."
"Good evening i must apologize for my previous post after talking to the owner I went back and opened the luggage in question and had my wife go through the bag in question and she found my watch in a corner I failed to look in. In my blind rush to judgement I missed. I had a fear of telling the spouse but I'm glad I did and a fresh set of eyes found what I failed to see Please accept my apology and will see you upon my return and personally apologize to the staff."
