Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"I bring my car here often for preventative maintenance and I've never been disappointed. Kermit and Sandy are very professional and the work done on our cars are thorough and well done. We now take my son's car and husband's car whenever we have any issues. I think their prices are fair and they do not suggest anything extra that your car doesn't need. I'm very happy I found this place and it's run by people you can trust!"

"This place is great if you love absolutely NO communication and can afford form them to sit on your car for almost a month. The story changed every time I called. The "desk girl" was very snotty and the owner acts like he's doing you a favor y considering to possibly work on your vehicle. I will never be back to this place. I was so put off by the place that I also communicated with corporate.
Negative stars aren't possibly right ?
I’m sure I will get a reply saying “ send a email to blah blah address so we can discuss your situation”

"If I could give it a negative I would. If you don't want your car back for a week this is the place to go. If you don't need communication again this is the place to go. If you want snarky remarks then go here. I took my car in for rear end problems 4 times finally the last time they got it right I think. It only took 4-6 weeks though and many rental cars later, and had to take it to 2 additional certified mechanics (that cost more out of my pocket)that both told me the bearings are bad not the transfer case like Kermit was saying. Good thing I didn't have the tranfer case done. It only cost 1400 not sure if me gears were even bad."
