Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"My car is a 2000 Toyota Camry and it had experienced bad transmission problems approximately 2 weeks ago. Mike kept giving me a run around of no updates, more parts being added, and kept saying it'll be ready "tomorrow " for a week straight. I understand sometimes that a task takes time but when you go down to the store and see the mechanics goofing around each time then it shouldnt be a reason why the job took long and was expensive. I reached out to corporate for them to fix the problem to get some kind of rush, feedback, and discount for longetivity and the car was "finished" yesterday. Yet today it broke down again with the same problems as before except now my car died. When I went to tell Mike the problems again, all he asked was for the keys and wanted no explanation, yet I still told him what's wrong and told me it's "a something pump and call back Tuesday". He consistently brushes me off and treats me as a kid when I am not because a kid wouldnt be paying $2,000 for a crappy job on their car. I work too hard for $2000 to go down the drain. I wouldnt go back here or have anyone else come here for that matter."
"So I brought my 2004 cavalier here, after previously having my clutch replaced in my 1969 f100 and having a hurst shifter installed. I wanted to make sure my vehicle was fixed appropriately. The transmission was in bad shape so we went with a low mileage trans for the vehicle, upon receiving the vehicle we noticed the clutch was bad. We then returned it and Mike and his technicians helped out and replaced the clutch. I have been dealing with vehicles since I was 16, I am an auto body technician by trade. I know the value of a vehicle and how important it is in order to continue on in success. I recognize the importance of doing work the correct way and making sure the job is completed and of quality. What I look forward to when I am either working on a vehicle for a customer or having my own vehicle serviced, is great service. I do not take I tried or good enough as an option in my work so I absolutely 100 percent only expect the top service to my vehicles. My vehicles are my life line and I need to make sure they are in top operating order. I do consider myself a very hard person to please because in a society of let's just get it done, I do not share that view. I believe in do it right or get out of the way. I want to thank Mike and his technicians for understanding my concerns about my vehicle and taking care of the issues. I would also like everyone to share the same attitude towards doing jobs appropriately. In a time crammed society I believe all technicians of any sort should take that extra step and provide a top notch service that is above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction and appreciation. Once again thank you Mike for getting my vehicle back to road worthy again. She runs great."
