"My son took his car to be diagnosed. After 4 days, they tried to charge him almost $1000.00, and he couldn't even drive it off the lot. We had to have it towed to the dealership. They said that it was a certain issue, and ordered a part for him( and added $100.00 to the price, citing "cost of doing business") and the dealership says this isn't even the issue with the car. They said they spent "at least 7 hours " labor on the car, but again, it wasn't fixed, and misdiagnosed. The dealer is fixing the issue, charging 3 hours labor, to FIX! not 7 hours of diagnosis! My son ended up paying over $350.00 to only have it towed to another location. This includes "shop fees" of $50.00, again for a car that was still not running when we left!!!! Would have left negative stars if possible!"
"I have a coupon for free oil changes. I brought my other car, and you guys did an X pattern tire roataion on directional tires. So I have 4 tires turning the wrong way. It's so loud going down the road, and I can feel every knob hit the road. I literally cant hear my self think. In my car. Let me guess you guys didnt do that either. I did have my wheel lock, I even offered to pay to roatate my tires you said no"
"These guys were awesome be!!! Frank is a man of his word.!!! I will be a repeat customer just for the fact that I was treated like family!!! Great place great service!!!"
"My company car broke down two hours from home and I still was able to drop vehicle off and receive a call from the manager on 4th of July when the shop was closed. Great people who came through in a bad situation!"
"I was sold a "Get Acquainted Special" 10/2017 for 1 full yr. of free services: 4 oil changes, Front/Rear Brake Inspections, Tire Rotations, Radiator Flush/Fill, Lubricate Fittings, Fluid Top-offs, AC Evaluations, etc. for $45. On 11/17, I was completely caught off-guard by Frank; his defensive, rude tactics, smart tongue in not wanting to accept this booklet-telling me immediately that Aamco had NOTHING to do with it nor knew the person that sold it that if I wanted a refund, I'd have to contact this unknown source. I was there only for the free scheduled oil change at that point, but Frank was denying the bay availability, "what d'ya want me to do pull one of these cars out just to take yours?" At least 2 of these vehicles were not being serviced. I had no other means but to wait all the while listening him rant and rave how he feared losing his job over honoring their service booklet. Finally the then, owner surfaced, apologized for Frank's attitude (once Frank left the room), the service was completed, I gladly exited. May 23, 2018, reluctantly, I wanted to validate the booklet purchase and obtain at least 1 last free oil change, the 8 a.m. appointment again came to an abrupt confrontation when I presented the "free services" booklet; I inquired of the tire rotation service and immediately got the same rude, condescending, combative, argumentative demeanor; Frank stating, "Yea, I can print McDonald's coupons and put them in a booklet too, it doesn't mean they're valid." He storms away telling the mechanic to rotate the tires and top off the fluids. Upon his return, I inquired of the radiator flush and he emphatically stated it was $179.00, I stated and showed that it was supposed to be included; he disappears behind a closed door to make a call purportedly to Mazda. I stepped outside to watch the progress of my car. Frank, uncivil, defensive and disrespectful, pops up with bitter sarcasm, "yea, the customer's always right" then emphatically states in an elevated voice that Mazda doesn't recommend a radiator flush until 100,000 miles, (I had 73,000-never performed) I asked why is it not safe, are you now trying to scare me so I don't get it done? Rudely, he blurts out, "Do you want it done or not?" At that point, I was done..wanted my car and key! Once my key was presented, Frank again, "Take this and NEVER come back!" (That should be the least of their worries). In calling the owner, Jim, he mostly has defended Frank's actions and then made it a special point to call me back to assert blame and accusations on me as this was a second confrontation stating that the loyal customer who witnessed a good deal of this problem gave an entirely different synopsis. Really Jim? A LOYAL customer who was waiting on his car to be fixed timely and correctly...Frank, as you claimed yourself perhaps you ARE "too old" and Jim, perhaps you should attempt selling the business AGAIN. Watch it folks, I'd rate this negative if it were an option!"
