Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"I wish I could rate lower. They scheduled me to bring my vehicle a week after I called they said they would give me a call in a day or 2 well a week goes by and I give them a call. They say they haven't gotten to it they will look at it tomorrow and give me a call well tomorrow came and went. I gave them another week and went in to check on it and what a surprise still parked where I left it and they said oh we haven't had a chance to look at it. Beyond disappointed. No apology and on top of that some of the workers were talking about drugs. Glad they didn't touch my car. Who knows what if they weren't in their right mind and could have put my car together wrong."

"I was in Stockton on business and after I left my meeting I noticed a puddle of antifreeze under my truck. I called for a tow and went to AAmco on Waterloo. I explained that I was from out of town and needed to have the leak checked and repaired if possible, I spoke to Wade, he told me to have it towed in and they would look at it. It took the AAA 2 hours to get to me and by the time I got to AAmco it was about 3 pm. Wade met me upon arrival, and stopped what he was doing checked my vehicle, found that the leak was from a bad heater hose, he ordered the parts and completed the repair in less than an hour and had me on my way. I cannot thank Wade and his crew enough for stopping what they were doing to get me back on the road. That was excellent customer service! I highly recommend this AAmco!! THANK YOU AGAIN WADE!!"

"Dropped my car off on Wednesday and I can't get ahold of them for the status of my vehicle, Finally got a hold of somebody but they put me on hold for 20 minutes and not returning my call. I feel like they are stealing my car should I report? I mean if they haven't worked on my car at least call me so I can pick it up. Kinda weird to have somebody's car for about a week and not call them"
