"misdiagnosed my 2007 sienna van costing me thousands of dollars. they told me my transmission had internal problems and they needed to rebuild it. I feel like they didn't do the full diagnostic that I paid for because they could not tell me why I was having shift problems. A real transmission shop will do line pressure road tests, and I'm positive they did not. They told me a transmission dyno is not effective because they dont have one and made up lies about it. anyways, I put it in the shop and had a reman transmission from toyota put in only to have the same problems. Turns out, the only thing wrong was the throttle body(electronic throttle motor/throttle position sensor). These people are a joke and will tell you anything to only benefit themselves."
"I took my car in because my check engine light came on and I was so happy with the service I got. I called first and explained my situation and Mrs. Shina told me to come right on in. The moment I walked in, I welcomed and helped right away. The staff at this AAMCO location took my car right in and served me. Everyone was super kind and helpful and they did such a great job taking care of my car! Will be coming back for any future car problems!"
"The guys at Rockville AAMCO are true expert professions. My originally own 1987 Mercedes 300E has finally found it’s car care home."
"First, they quoted me an outrageous price to replace my transmission. I had to haggle them down $800. Then I got my car back and it was leaking transmission fluid. I took it back in and they told me there was no leak. It was a pain in my butt trying to get them to believe a woman knows what's wrong with her car. Turns out they had to remove and reinstall the entire transmission to fix the leak. Then they wanted to replace my battery and they berated me twice when I said I'd do it myself. He was talking to me like I was stupid. Do not go here."
"Got a brake job on a 2003 Saturn. Work was done well and fast."
