"Awesome service. Despite the fact that I had a major repair, that cost me an arm and a leg and made me stressed beyond belief, the customer service was great. They were knowledgeable, fair, and expedient. My service was completed the following day after the breakdown/tow, and I was given extra undue care at no cost to me. They were very transparent and gave me the breakdown of my service before it was complete. They gave me price comparisons on parts, and docked the price of the diagnostics when I agreed to have them fix the problem. They cleaned the area around the engine that they we fixing, and schooled me up on future preventative maintenance. I will DEFINITELY come back for service. Best repair shop in town."

When we lost a drive shaft on our wrangler while on vacation, they were able to quickly and courteously assist us and get us back on the road, despite a national back-order on the required parts! We drove away with an upgraded driveshaft and a much smaller bill that I'd anticipated. I couldn't be more grateful and I recommend these guys very highly to anyone that may have need of the services they provide."

"Sandford Glatzel 1910 W. US Highway 50 Pueblo, CO 81008 To all who are searching for a reputable car repair service provider: On Tuesday, August 14, we experienced transmission issues while driving from Colorado Springs to our home in Scottsdale, AZ. We had to drive 28 miles to Pueblo in first gear. As we were trying to drive around the city, my husband spotted an AAMCO. We decided to try them and we thank God that we did. The owner was very welcoming and though he had several cars ahead of us waiting for repair, he immediately checked out our minivan and found that the transmission fluid was dirty and decided to try changing it. It seemed to work but after we were on the highway for about 2 miles, we had the same problem. Once more we had to drive in first gear back to AAMCO. Sandford had one of his mechanics take the transmission apart and found that it needed to be rebuilt. My husband was included in inspecting the problem and the final decision. Since it would take at least 2 days to repair it, Sandford’s wife, Christina, suggested a motel that would allow our 3 dogs. It was La Quinta and it was beautiful, was a reasonable price, and offered a full morning breakfast. The grounds were perfect for walking our dogs. She drove my 3 dogs and me to the motel where we stayed for 3 days. It only took 2 days but we decided to stay an extra night, eat breakfast and go on our way in the morning. No more problems occurred! Both Sandford and his wife were so accommodating and helpful. Knowing our circumstances, Sandford put our van in a priority position for repair. One of the main reasons we are so pleased with the service was the fact that Sandford tried to use the least expensive repair (changing the fluid) instead of just jumping in and naming a boatload of repairs that were needed. This has been our experience with every repair service garage. Even rebuilding our transmission was reasonably priced in comparison to other garages. I so wish his garage was located in our city but we definitely highly recommend Sandford Glatzel’s AAMCO. As much as our trip home was inconvenienced, Sandford and Christina, as well as his mechanics, made the experience more pleasant than any other repair service could have. "These guys deserve more then 5 stars, I was kind of skeptical about taking my truck to any shop not because I don’t trust them it’s because I’ve been a auto technician for 24 years 18 years at Ford and 6 years at car max so I’ve always been the one to work on my truck no one else has ever touched this thing in the past 8 years since I’ve purchased it... I took it in for a rear differential grinding noise, I pretty much knew what it was, they evaluated the problem even showed me while it was torn down what the problem was these guys did such an excellent job to get me back on the road now I know from experience that most transmission shops will get over on you but these guys are honest people and will work with you and the one thing that I love is the communication I didn’t have to keep calling to check on my truck, Jeff called me and kept me informed all the way... Thank you guys for doing an excellent job."
