"Great customer services!! I been going over there for 2yrs and never have a problem with my cars. Thanks for the guys work there who take care of mines cars.👍🏽"
"I had my transmission completely Rebuilt by this AAMCO. We got our car to them, they test drove it, scanned it and then took down the pan to see if there was any metal shavings in the fluid. They gave me many different options and scenarios of what and how to do it. The mechanics there were explaining to me what was going on in the transmission etc etc. After giving me 4 options (never felt any pressure to use them or pressured into buying anything) We were broken down and out of state and they could have taken advantage of us and charged an arm and a leg but they worked with us giving us many options at different affordability levels. We decided to just have it completely rebuilt for two reasons. One we were driving 900 more miles on our trip and two they were super honest, tried to work with us (as we didnt have much money) and since they did all this there is no way I'd want to use anyone else around! Did I mention they beat everyone's prices around (and I called 6 different places for prices and warranty, Which I can use mine at any AAMCO nationwide)Not only that but they got us a super cheap rate at enterprise for the week while the car was being fixed. When I got back home for my 10 day check up the AAMCO here said the transmission was running perfect and I asked them what they would have charged me just to know and they said they wouldnt have been that cheap and they we got a good deal so I highly recommend this place. This is the place where if you breakdown, you just hope you run into a trustworthy and honest mechanic like these guys here! The only Con is there isnt a waiting room or anything like that."
"Gone there once for a transmission sensor issue. Polite staff and was up front with me on what was going to be done and what was potentially neede to fix it based off what was wrong. No complaints from. Thank you!"
"Great place awesome staff and great workmanship. They always make time to take care of my car needs. I trust them blindly!!"
"What better accolades can be stated about an automotive care center than TRUSTWORTHY, COMPETENT, and EFFICIENT? I was driving to Boston from Baltimore, Maryland when my car made the most horrible noise. I got off at exit 63 and used my phone GPS to find the nearest auto repair shop. AAMCO Manchester (CT) was only a bit over a mile away from the exit ramp at 697 Parker Street. When I got there, Mike, the owner, was at the front desk (but soon thereafter Matt, the manager came in from the shop and took over the processing of my car) and got my car IMMEDIATELY in the shop for a free diagnostic. They quickly determined that I had a bad wheel bearing and put my car right on the lift. They had the parts in stock and fixed my car... while I was waiting in the sitting room. I didn't even get a chance to flip through one of the magazines and it was done! The bill was very, very fair-- thankfully fair-- since they really could have caused me considerable expense and inconvenience by having to find a hotel room in Connecticut for the night (or two?) As it was Mike, Matt, and the crew got me on the road with only a couple hours off my original itinerary. I wish such a facility was in Baltimore. "
