Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"I only give one star because the owner was super nice. His employee stole out of my vehicle. I notified the owner. I paid for synthetic oil change but I only received regular oil. Thank goodness my engine wasn't ruined or else I would have sued. I do NOT recommend going there!"

"Monroe muffler in Auburn, NY is the place to take your vehicle if you want great service that is dependable. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Kevin for over 25 years. Always get great service. Will tell you what needs to fixed, if it needs fixed now or if it can wait a bit. If your vehicle isn't safe, he will do what he can to make it safe. Would not let me take my truck home one afternoon because it wouldn't be safe. Convinced me to leave it at the shop and his guys had it fixed the next day. Even finally convinced our daughter she needs a professional mechanic working on her car instead of a fly-by-night friend. She now takes her car to Kevin's shop for everything. Won't go anywhere else. Only shop we trust with our vehicles."
