"Had my wife s Jetta for three months doing a rebiuld on a 09a trans that we paid in full ,ever excuse there was after 2 months ,called finially said they had it going and would call me back after they test ,next day said it was not fixed blamed it on onther parts 3 more weeks went by they still didn't touch the car ,told my wife they weren't touching the car and gave my $ back ,had to have it towed to amco in Nashville where I should have went in the first place ,I was told they put the case bearing in transmission wrong reuind the thrust bearing vavle body where they assembled the trans wrong ,which was brand new updated Vale body ,I've tried to contact James for day s hopeing they would pay for what they did never called me back had Jason answer told him what had happened acted like he could care less about the parts that got tore up because of there neglect I told him if it had been done right we would be going threw all this I am disabled $ is hard to come by this is the way they treat there customer s ,had to contact the corporate amco to try to get something done , most likely will have to get lawyer ,I would stay away from these people on any kind of transmission biuld going to cost me $1057 .62 extra to fix there mistakes not to mention the headache s of 3 months and cost of 250 dollar tow bill to Nashville I should have checked yellow page reveiws ,this is the way they treated me as a disabled customer ,save yourself a headache go to Nashville amco"

"I recently had the front brakes [rotors and pads] and transmission fluid serviced by AAMCO. I can wholeheartedly recommend these guys, especially to those of you that are not technically minded - i would trust them to give my wife good advice on her car problems and that's saying something!
