Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"The $47.50 you were initially quoted by them was incorrect. On 11/7, one week before you actually came in, we modified the quote to correct it to the proper diagnostic fee. We also went the additional stop of notifying you by private message. When an openbay quote is modified, you must accept the change and approve it, which you did. It is not possible for an openbay quote to be changed, and you charged a different amount without your prior approval via openbay. We also advised you when you came on on 11/15 of what the correct fee would be prior to performing the service. In addition, you must also provide us the code, so that we may enter this into the openbay portal to finalize the transaction. You could not have been charged without providing us this secure code that only you receive. If we can be of any more assistance, please let us know."
