Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"Mixed feelings about this shop. The front desk guy (Dakota) is very courteous and polite, as is the lady working in the office. Definitely a plus. However, there was a huge lack of upfront communication when it came to letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. I came in for an A/C check and it took over 3hrs before it was ready. Part of that time was because the technician could not figure out how to start my car!? Don't know why he just didn't come ask me. Dakota had to go do it after who knows how long the tech couldn't figure it out. I appreciate the thoroughness I was told they went through to determine what was going on with my vehicle, but I was not informed of what they were going to do or what they actually did to fix the problem until I was told my car was ready to the tune of $276! I definitely feel I could have had my system checked & recharged for less. I at least would have liked to have had the option to accept or decline the work. I don't know if I'd go back or recommend."

"We took my son's car to ample to have the transmission diagnosed because we were having shift issues and they told us to leave it they They never called us To give us an update so I had to call them at this time they already had the car for a month to tell us that it was electrical they didn't do any kind of work on it because we got the car it was still running the same They charged me over almost $400 To say they did electrical but we got the car and it still running the same I will never take the car back to them bad business all therefore is the money. So I took it to another amco much better more professionalism in this amco So I just threw away money and I have to repay so they can fix the issues that they didn't take care of"
