Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"We went through their car wash and at the end our windshield was still peppered with bugs. We went in and told them this and the lady immediately gave us a new free wash. They made sure to take extra care to get all the bugs this time and we came out sparkling. I am happy with their customer service."

"Had a tire blowout on I-35 this evening at 5:15pm. After exhausting all other obvious options, called this Jiffy Lube at 7:30pm (they close at 8pm) on the off chance they would have our tire size, and left a message. They called us back 5 minutes later! And we arrived at 7:45pm. Rick drove over to their warehouse to get the tire, and Ryan worked to help another co-worker to replace the tire. We were back on the road by 8:15pm, and avoided getting a hotel. These guys rock!!!"

"Went to have my truck serviced this past weekend. While doing the inspection on my truck the mechanic said one of my license plate lamps were bad. I know that the replacement price was probably twice what I could get it for at any of the local auto parts stores but I agreed to have them change it out of convenience. After I paid my bill I went to get into my truck and found some tools and a grease rag laying on my bed cover. I returned them and headed home. While driving I noticed the service light was still on and my floor mats had not been cleaned. When I got home I did my own inspection and found a fog lamp out and two tires that were at or below 30 lbs. This was my 7th visit to this location and the quality is going down and the prices are going up. if you cant trust them to do the small things you cant trust them with the important things."

"Probably the worst oil change I have done. I usually do the usual maintenance on my car myself, but this time I didn't have the time to so I decided to go there. They were supposed to vacuum the interior and clean the windows along with the oil change. After seeing the result of the first vacuum, I was surprised how bad it was, so they did it again and it was the same, sloppy work again. I don't think they even tried. Never going back."
