Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"Great shop! Great people! I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from this shop. Mark was amazing! He let me know immediately that there would be some time before they were able to look at my car. He assisted me in locating a nearby rental car while my repairs were being completed. My estimate included what was expected and also what might be necessary once they were able to get a better look. I appreciated that there were no surprises. My repairs were completed quickly and for a great price. I will definitely use this location again! Highly recommended!"

"I had an issue with my BMW transmission. I called my dealership and was quoted a very high bill to replace the transmission. I decided to look for an alternative and thank god I did. Aamco fixed my transmission without having to replace it for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend Kip and Mark. Those guys are the best!"

"My 2011 Hyundai Sonata had a steering problem and I needed it right away for a trip up to Pensacola to visit my brother. Mark the manager at Aamco let me know he was swamped and couldn't get me in on time to make the repair. Instead of putting the repair off he called a local shop up the street and arranged for the shop owner to pick it up if I wished. I got a call an hour later that the car was at his shop and a fair estimate. Four hours later the work was completed.
Mark is the real deal. In a world of dishonesty and lack of the meaning of customer service, Mark shines. Also Don who did the work was a straight up good American too.
It is nice there are some real customer service people out there!

"Kip and Mark were absolutely amazing. My husband's 2006 Honda Odyssey suddenly stopped working and my 2007 Corolla was making strange noises on the left side. We had just returned from a vacation so everything happened all at once. This morning when my husband's car wouldn't start, my husband called Mark while I was on the phone with AAA. Mark answered even though it was before the shop was supposed to open and advised us to bring it in and he'll take a look at it asap. We towed it and by the lunch time, as Kip and Mark promised, the car was fixed. It was not a cheap fix but totally worth it. My car was the next and they found my new shock absorbers were loose. They said they tightened it and said no charge since it was such a quick fix. They didn't have to do that but we appreciated their generosity. We now know where to bring our cars from now on."

"I am absolutely astonished at how great this team is. Like many of you, my car needed repairing and stress was prevalent in the matter. I saw the great reviews and decided to take my car to this location. Mark, Michelle and Kip(I'm not certain of the correct spelling) were very patient and professional with me. They gave me honest advice about my car and were open to my questions. The mechanics replaced my transmission quick and efficiently. My baby is driving as if it's brand new. I will not take my cars to any other location unless I absolutely have to. What a blessing it has been to meet them."
