Warranties are honored Nationwide at all AAMCO centers
Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"Absolute gems! I had a total brain malfunction and accidentally left my keys in the ignition and the car battery running while I was working, like a brilliant human... and while I was thrilled the car was still there when I got back to the car, I wasn't surprised when it wouldn't turn on. But I didn't know what to do! I was parked right Bloomfield Ave (anyone familiar with the area - you know how hard it is to even walk into your car without a car flying by) so I couldn't have anyone jump me. Saw the AAMCO and thought maybe it was worth a shot. Not only did they help me incredibly quickly at the end of the day, but Mike, who came to jump me, wouldn't even accept compensation for the amazing help. I think the quality of a repair shop is measured largely on the quality of the people who work there, and these guys are the best. Thank you guys again, you really saved the day!!"

"This place is very bad to women. I came there thinking my car had a transmission issue. They had my car for 4 days. YES 4DAYS. They made me pay for the fact they were behind eventhrough I came in a week earlier and made an appointment. The only thing they did was check the car out for 4 days. No work was donte not even an oil change. I am so DISAPPOINTED. If you work with them make sure you have a man with you. P.s. less then a month after they said i had only an oil leak that needed to be fixed and i should bring it back later because it was not a big issues. My car broken and it cost me more money to have it towed and fixed by someone else. Shameful."
