"AAMCO on Cobb Parkway is my new go-to mechanic shop. After taking my automobile to another shop that I have used for quite some time, I will now be giving my business to AAMCO. They were so helpful and did not try to sell me services that simply were not necessary. I greatly appreciate their assistance, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future."
"Took my truck to get starter and fly wheel replaced. Six months later truck broke down, Mark the owner was very rude. Called me a Moran and an idiot and said some other harsh words because I confronted him about the old rebuilt starter that was placed in my truck. Took over six weeks to finally get them to pick up my truck. After second attempt, truck still did not start. For the second time truck was on empty. Walked a half mile to get gas Called Marietta P.D. Police gave me a jump in the parking lot of Aamco because Mark refused and truck cranked right up. Owner stated that the truck wouldn't start but it did with little effort on my part. Then was told to move vehicle from his lot, so I did. With the escort of the police, I moved to business across the street. (Advanced Auto Went into Advanced Auto, got associate to remove battery for charging, told associate I would be back in a few hours. When I returned my truck was towed because Aramco told them they thought my truck was stolen because the tags had been removed. A very sorrow note for someone as professional.as they claim to be. Oh but this is just the beginning I need a good attorney I asked Mark to send pictures of the removed starter, I don't have them yet. Go figure You might want to watch out for the work that they claim to be doing on your vehicle If anyone has had a similar experience, please feel free to contact me"
"Very professional, knowledgeable staff. Bad news of dead transmission was delivered surgically. (smile) Excellent communication as to where 'we were' with rebuild process! This has been my best transmission experience to date. Recommend them highly and will return to them for maintenance !"
"Andrew Titleman used to own this store, and in the past I had a really big problem with him personally. However the new owner Mark is a completely different person. After leaving a review earlier today Mark asked me to speak to him about the issue. I just happened to be in the area and stopped by the store, had a very lengthy discussion with Mark about the particular issue and quite a few others issues as well. To make a long story short when I have auto repair work that needs to be done or transmission service to take care of I"m going to Aamco of Marietta, like I've been doing since 1995. Sorry for the confusion Mark!"
"It was tooken for $2,800 they fix my transmission knowing it was my motor that was the issue. Only to take my car to get it put on the diagnostic machine at Chevy only to find out that it's my motor and still my transmission that I just paid $2,800 for. Take your car to the dealership to get a full Diagnostics before you give these people your money."
