The only reason that they are getting the one star is that the person assigned to her car was informed that her car was totaled and he like the sales department just dropped it. I have a complete review separate for the sales department. If you have the time please go through it. Love the cars still drive one. "MB of Sac has always done right by me, even though my car was not purchased there. I thought this would be true across the board, unfortunately I found this to not be the case. I was recently in the Bay Area when my check engine light came on, so I drove immediately to MB Pleasanton, where they were unconcerned with helping me; I might as well have pulled in there with a Saturn. From their waiting room I phoned MB Sac, immediately spoke with the service department and by the time I got off the phone I felt relieved, appreciated, understood and well taken care of. Thankfully I got home with no issues, made it to the appt MB Sac had immediately scheduled for me, and my beloved car is fine. Being kind and respectful does not take much effort, yet that’s not the experience I had in Pleasanton (oh, the irony). It is, however, exactly how I’m treated every time at MB Sac. I guess they’ve spoiled me for other dealerships, and that’s perfectly fine with me; I’ll not go anywhere else. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Sacramento, thank you Jason and Lisa, and all of the other people who’s names I can’t recall. Thank you for always being knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and, well, pleasant."

"The service deptaetment of Mercedes Benz in Sacramento has provided the worst service of any dealer I’ve worked with. Forgot they refused todo the work requested. Forget the service manager missed his phone call appointment by six hours and cost me ninety minutes of lost production. When I asked who the ASE certified diagnostic tech who administered the test was my request was denied by the management. Those things are all bad. What hurts the most is.... I can prove flat out with time and date stamped photography. That the service depart lied about the work they said they performed on performed on my vehicle. After all this they didn’t even wash the car. I won’t ever shop Sacramento Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. You don’t have to take my advice. I would recommend you get your car into a dealer that cares as much as you do about your car. Sacramento Mercedes Benz is not that Dealer."
