Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"Car was dropped off a couple of weeks ago and i have been getting the run around from Zach. I have requested a call back from management and have been unable to escalate this situation with my car. I keep getting told the car will be ready and it keeps being pushed. I reside in Maine and came down to pick up my car as I was told it would be ready today and now i am told it will take longer! It is unacceptable to be told that i cannot be given a managers numbers to contact with my concerns. Aamco shame on you next step would be the better business bureau"
