Rebuilt Transmission (most vehicles): NOTE: Cars, trucks & vans with a manufacturer's rated capacity of one ton and under receive a 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty. EXCEPTIONS: vehicles with manual transmissions, vehicles over one ton, RV's, police/fire/emergency vehicles, vehicles used as/for rentals, taxis, limousine, snow plowing, commercial towing or "high rail" applications (modified for use on RR tracks). These exception type vehicles receive a 12/12 (US) or 12/20 (Canada) warranty. You can identify the carrying capacity by the VIN. On domestic vehicles, the vehicle is eligible for the 36/50 (US) or 36/80 (Canada) warranty if the 6th digit of the VIN is 3 or less.

"I have not heard anything back from them since accepting payment. It has been over a week and nobody will answer the phone and when I go to the shop I see my truck up in the lift but nothing is being done to it. I need someone to contact me ASAP. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL"

I went with this place called Nick's precision transmission and I didn't get a used transmission like the one offered at AAMCO, I got a brand new transmission for 2,000 dollars cheaper than AAMCO."

"I dropped my car off here a week ago and cannot get through to anyone regarding my vehicle . I’ve left multiple voicemails for the shop , which have been unresponded too . I’ve contacted customer service and have heard nothing from them . I have driven by there to see my vehicle exactly where I parked it . I’m very short and no one has moved the seat so I know no one has even been in the vehicle no work has been done . This is absolutely unacceptable . No business should be run this poorly . I know covid is prevalent at this moment but if you do not have to staff you should not agree to do the work . I am in disbelief that I cannot get ahold of anyone at all . At this point I do not even want this place to work on my vehicle , I JUST WANT MY KEYS BACK . I have tried to be understanding with the whole pandemic going on and I don’t mind being patient but the lack of communication is absurdly ignorant of a business . This has been an abhorrent experience . JUST LET ME PICK UP MY KEYS ."
